What data is collected and what for
Browsing this website does not require you to give us any data: there are no forms and no user accounts, fonts are served from the site itself and no map is loaded. Only if you accept analytics in the cookie notice does the site load Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, which collects usage data: pages viewed, device and browser, where you came from and an identifier stored in cookies. It tells us, in aggregate, how the site is used. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page. The Cookies section explains it.
We only process personal data if you write to us, for example on Instagram (opens in a new tab): your username or contact address and the content of your message, for the sole purpose of replying. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Links to Glovo, Google Maps and Instagram take you to services run by other companies. What you do there, including an order on Glovo, is covered by their privacy policies, not this one.
Cookies
Before you choose, and also if you reject analytics, this website sets no cookies and loads nothing from Google: no request is sent to Google. All Google permissions start as denied.
If you accept analytics, the site loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn loads Google Analytics 4, to learn in aggregate how many people visit each page, where they come from and on what device. Advertising permissions always stay denied: none of this is used for ads. Google Analytics then sets these cookies:
| Cookie | What it does | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Tells one visitor from another. | 2 years |
| _ga_6NKWHNHVWG | Keeps the session state. | 2 years |
The provider is Google Ireland Limited, which may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards set out in its privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
Your choice is not stored in a cookie but in your browser’s local storage (“stcm.hasConsented” and the “stcm.consent” keys), on this device and until you delete it. It means we do not ask you again on every page, and it is not sent to anyone.
If your browser is set to another language, the site suggests this same page in your language or in English. When you close that suggestion, follow it or change language, we also keep a note in local storage (“aviso-idioma”) so we do not show it again. It is not sent to anyone and stays until you clear this site’s data in your browser.
How to change your choice: press “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. If you withdraw permission, the site stops loading Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics and deletes this site’s Google Analytics cookies at that moment. Other tabs you have open on it also stop loading them.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept while the conversation lasts and for as long as needed to deal with what you asked. After that, only for the period the law requires to answer possible claims.
If you accept analytics, the usage data collected by Google Analytics is kept there for the retention period set in the property, which is 14 months.
Who it is shared with
Data is not shared with third parties, except where the law requires it. The providers needed to run the website (hosting) may have access to it, and they process it on behalf of the controller.
If you accept analytics, Google Ireland Limited provides Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics and receives the usage data described on this page; it may process it outside the European Union with the safeguards set out in its policy. More detail in the Cookies section.
If you write to us on Instagram, the conversation is stored on Instagram, under its own terms and its own privacy policy.
Your rights
At any time you can ask for access to your data, have it corrected or erased, ask us to restrict its processing or to hand it over in a portable format, and object to our processing it.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos): aepd.es (opens in a new tab).
For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, write to us at marketing@grupoelcaserito.com.
Changes to this policy
If any of the above changes (for example, if a form or a new tool is added), we will update this page and its date, and ask for your consent where it is needed.
