What smash means
A smash burger is a burger whose patty is pressed flat on the griddle as it cooks. At USB that patty is beef, and it goes into every beef burger on the menu. That is all smash means here: how the meat is cooked, not an ingredient or a sauce.
Seven of them come with a double patty and double cheese: Special Bacon, Special 2.0, Carbonara, Trufada, Classic, Freshly and the gluten-free option. The Classic Single has one patty, also with double cheese. What changes from one to the next is what goes with the beef: it is all on the menu.
